Shelly Silva leads communications at Roundtable Consulting with strategic insight and a commitment to values-driven engagement. Grounded in the belief that communication is a bridge between people, ideas, and shared purpose, Shelly helps clients articulate what matters most with clarity and impact.

An island girl at heart, Shelly was born and raised on Vancouver Island -in both Clayoquot Sound and Saanich- and now raises her own family on Salt Spring Island. Her experience living and working across diverse coastal communities has fostered a deep appreciation for respectful dialogue and thoughtful storytelling.

With a degree in Journalism and more than twenty years of experience in communications and media, Shelly supports governments and organizations in amplifying authentic voices and strengthening connections with funders, partners, and the public. She is especially passionate about translating complex information into clear, accessible narratives that reflect organizational values.
